I try to acknowledge my feelings and find that sometimes just accepting them makes them lose their power. I think some of us always have a fear of where we will ultimately end up if we go with a feeling, like standing in the middle of the seesaw and trying not to let it dip to either side. I am just acknowledging your feelings and appreciating how perceptive you are at describing them. I had to learn to just be, let the feelings wash over me, let some good thoughts in too, balance is the thing, I strive for balance.
I look for the magic in everything, very like you, I would think. Everyone has their ups and downs. Maybe you've got them to a greater extent. That doesn't make your downs unacceptable, though. It is still something you feel and, in my book, whatever your feelings are, they're acceptable. Whether you choose to show them or live them will depend on the situation and a lot of other things.

From my little perch here, looking over at you, it seems that life could be a lot easier for you if you could accept your feelings more easily, whatever they may be at any given moment. This could be another case of your gut needing to catch up with your head. :)

Having said that, it's easy to make that judgment from afar and I know that you know yourself best. You'll find a way!

Have a good Saturday with little rain, an enjoyable shopping trip and then an even more enjoyable cheese feast!

xxxBabaloohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11453252897926773386noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9076712181904223864.post-26564699880028956552009-07-18T09:12:55.406+02:002009-07-18T09:12:55.406+02:00Have you ever watched *Wallace & Grommit*? You mustn't repress all emotions....... that can't be good.
Even people who don't have your condition have their ups and downs. It is part of normal life. I can see that if it all gets out of hand that does present a problem for you. However to go through life without letting your feelings out, is a very grim thing to do. We all have to restrain ourselves in certain situations...... I'm not talking about those times........
I am getting myself tied up in knots now!

Have a laugh and a great day & don't eat too much cheese! I am starving & must have some breakfast. All this talk of cheese is too much for me. XMaggie Mayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06183886005936250976noreply@blogger.com
