In the natural food stores. I loved the mocha best, altho butterscotch was awfully good, too. For the last few months I've been making myself custard instead of pudding, using the coffee soy milk I so love. The difference between custard and pudding is that the former has eggs in it and the latter has cornstarch. I find the custard is lighter, so I prefer it. If you want the recipe, let me know.
